Ford Focus Service Manual: Exterior Mirror Cover
Removal and Installation
- Remove the exterior mirror glass. For additional information, refer to Exterior Mirror Glass in this section.
- NOTE:
The exterior mirror motor is removed for clarity. It is not necessary to remove the exterior mirror motor when performing this step.
Release the 5 exterior mirror cover retaining tabs.
- Remove the exterior mirror cover.
- Pull the exterior mirror outward.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.

individual part. Individual components can be installed without removing the exterior
