For USA
If you believe that your Nissan Frontier has a defect that could cause a crash, injury, or death, you should immediately report the issue to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) in addition to notifying NISSAN.
If NHTSA receives similar complaints from other vehicle owners, it may begin an investigation. If the agency determines that a safety-related defect exists in a group of vehicles, it may order a recall and remedy campaign. However, NHTSA cannot become involved in individual disputes or service concerns between you, your dealer, or NISSAN.
To contact NHTSA, call the Vehicle Safety Hotline toll-free at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY: 1-888-275-9171), visit http://www.safercar.gov, or write to: Administrator, NHTSA, 1200 New Jersey Avenue, SE Washington, D.C. 20590. Additional motor vehicle safety information is also available from http://www.safercar.gov.
You may notify NISSAN by contacting the Consumer Affairs Department toll-free at 1-800-NISSAN-1.
