Removal and Installation

1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to Section  100-02.

1. Remove the lower radiator air deflector. For additional information, refer to Section  501-02.

1. Disconnect the cooling fan motor and shroud electrical connector and the pin-type retainers.

1. Remove the 2 bolts and remove the cooling fan motor and shroud from the vehicle.
   • To install, tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
