Removal and Installation

- Remove the intake manifold. For additional information, refer to Section 303-01.
- Release the bypass hose from the retainer clip and position aside.
- Remove the 8 bolts, crankcase vent oil separator and the gasket.
- To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
- NOTE:
Clean and inspect the gasket mating surfaces.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Inspect and replace the crankcase vent oil separator gasket as necessary.
