Removal

1. Remove the front bumper cover. For additional information, refer to Section  501-19.

1. Remove the headlamp assembly. For additional information, refer to Section  417-01.

1. Remove the fender splash shield. For additional information, refer to Fender Splash Shield in this section.

1. Remove the bumper cover mounting bracket-to-radiator grille opening panel reinforcement pushpin.

1. Remove the bumper cover mounting bracket retainer nuts and remove the bracket.

1. Remove the front fender inner bolt.
   • To install, tighten to 7 Nm (62 lb-in).

1. Remove the front fender lower bolt.
   • To install, tighten to 7 Nm (62 lb-in).

1. Open the front door and remove the front fender rear bolt.
   • To install, tighten to 7 Nm (62 lb-in).

1. Remove the front fender front bolt.

1. Remove the 2 front fender upper bolts and the fender.
   • To install, tighten to 7 Nm (62 lb-in).

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
