Removal

Remove the intermediate shaft. For additional information, refer to Intermediate Shaft in this section.

Using the Bearing Puller, press the intermediate shaft bearing off the intermediate shaft.

NOTE:
Rotate the Bearing Puller so the flat side is facing upward. Make sure the inner bearing race is supported while pressing the bearing on.
Using the Bearing Puller, press the new intermediate shaft bearing onto the intermediate shaft.

Install the intermediate shaft. For additional information, refer to Intermediate Shaft in this section.
