Removal and Installation

Remove the rear seat cushion.
- Locate the cushion latch releases under the cushion front edge.
- Push to release the 2 latches and remove the cushion.

Remove the seat bolster nut from the lower stud.
- To install, tighten to 6 Nm (53 lb-in).

From the luggage compartment, release the upper retainer behind the seat bolster and remove.
- If installing a new seat bolster, install a new upper retainer.

NOTE:
Make sure the safety belt webbing is not twisted and the safety belts and buckles are accessible to the occupants.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
