Removal and Installation

All vehicles

Lift the park brake lever upward.

Place the vehicle in NEUTRAL.

Manual transmission

Unscrew and remove the gearshift lever knob from the gearshift lever.

All vehicles

Lift the floor console storage compartment door.

Detach the park brake lever boot from the park brake lever.

Remove the floor console finish panel.
- Lift upward on the rear of the floor console finish panel to release the floor console finish panel clips.
- If equipped, disconnect the electrical connector.
- Slide the park brake lever boot and the floor console finish panel over the park brake lever.

Position the front seats forward.

Remove the 2 floor console rear screws.

Position the front seats rearward.

Remove the 2 floor console middle covers and screws.

Remove the 3 floor console pushpin retainers.

Remove the 2 floor console front screws.

Remove the floor console.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Make sure to align the trim panel retaining clips to the retaining clip holes in the floor console.
